Mh, physically the admin / index.php file exists?
If yes, try to disable all plugins and see if it works. Otherwise reinstall all, I think it's the best way.
^ reinstalling MyBB forum may not be the right solution.

temporary access to forum admin panel & files (FTP) to check it
however, its night time for me. you may have to wait for about 12 hours ..
Makes sure you have the right read/write permissions set on your server if you have the power to do that
