So I don't really know anything about css and html but I can work my way around. So basically I want to have a vertical postbit and while as a guest it looks vertical but whilst logged in it goes to horizontal.

Also I believe it may be CSS but the button actions are messed up, the Delete button works as the edit button, and quoting / reporting buttons don't work.
