the above address is one of the thread site of my website.
And it cannot be searched by google when entering relevant and specific keywords in the search engine.
Why?
Is it some codes in MyBB prohibit it from searching?

Google takes time to index your website and after the indexing google will show your forum link to requested content.

Dark Power Invader is right. Google is slow and you have to learn a bit SEO to better index your site.

so is this a dofollow backlink for my website or not ?

use a backlink checker to find out if its dofollow or not

Mostly links on forums have non attribute they have only target="_blank" but it work like a backlink(having neither dofollow nor nofollow).
