You need to replace the image called favicon inside the focus folder inside images.

You need to use .png format image as they are transparent.

Hey Grixed,
You need to go to the following path
Admin CP> Templates and Styles> Template Sets » Focus Template > Index Template > Index
In that you will find a table for advertise here section, delete that table and save the template.
It will remove advertise tab.
If you need exact code, please paste the index page template here. I will modify it for you
