I have a user being blocked at login even after waiting the system-set 15 minutes to "try again."  How can I assign a temporary password to generate logon for this user?

Or you can go into Admin CP -> Users and Groups -> Click on the name of the person who's password you want to change -> Click the Profile tab and in the "New Password" input box type in the new temporary password you want to give to the user.
