What templates would I need to modify to 'wrap around' the attached code?

I want to change:

The MyBB logo up top.
The width of the forum.
The background color.
And I need to add a footer.

Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks.

Attached is what I'm aiming for.

Again, any help at all is greatly appriciated.

(Note: I'm not looking for anyone to do this for me, I'm just looking for some pointers)


EDIT: Ok, after some messing around, I've done 1 and 4.
EDIT2: 1st, sorry for double posting, I was't sure if you could upload more files on an edit. 2ed, I figured out everything, except, how do I change the icons for new posts on the forum listing?
