I want to create sticky's that appear in every forum and can't seem to find that function in myBB, I could have sworn that it had it.

Using an announcement is like a global sticky!

I found that feature looking through the admin CP, I was just coming back to removed this post.

Is there a global thread MOD though? Like an announcement only not stuck to the top. It's just like a normal thread but in every section of the forum.

There isn't currently a modification/plugin that does that. You can suggest it over at this forum: http://community.mybboard.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=65

You could post it in every forum.

Otherwise it seems like your just trying to find a different way to do the same thing.
