Icons are in a sprite, you can find them in /jscripts/sceditor/editor_themes/famfamfam.png (example here: http://community.mybb.com/jscripts/scedi...famfam.png ). I wish in 2.0 they'll use Font Awesome.
Btw, css to change editor size is /jscripts/sceditor/textarea_styles/jquery.sceditor.mybb.css .
I don't know if you change font size you will also have problems with the editor toolbar "Font" button ( to change the size of selected text, just so we're clear )
