     i am using rebil theme on my website extinctonline.in and i want to change the name rebil my website name extinct online please help me

you can change the name at the theme properties (themes section of forum admin panel)

forum admin panel >> Templates & Style >> Templates >> Rebil Templates >> Header templates >> header
find code like below and replace rebil. with your required name

but how can i decrease its size it overlaps

admin cp -> templates & style -> themes -> select your theme -> global.css -> advanced editing 

now find:

.logo {
	font-size: 115px;
	float: left;
	font-weight: bold;
	text-transform: uppercase;
	color: #fff;
	text-shadow: 0 1px 3px #000;
	position: relative;
	top: -5px;
}

and change the font-size into your liking.

Try disable any plugins you have and see if any are blocking the editor to show.
