If you have edited global.php, or global.lang.php or any other file at the server, download the files, edit with Wordpad (Assuming you are using Windows) and SAVE AS - - .txt and re-upload the file. There should be a variance of about 3 characters.
Editing files at the server, sometimes adds "high-ascii" characters that causes this kind of problem.
Try the above, and it should hopefully fix the problem.
"- -.txt"? I uploaded that file and it did not do anything.. I also tried renameing it to Global.php, but still no luck.
Then I tried editing it with wordpad, uploading the file ("- -.txt") and renameing it to Global.php. The header error is gone, but not the site is destroyed..
The .txt extension was to indicate to you that the file in Wordpad should be "SAVE AS" TEXT ONLY. Not as a .txt file. WordPad will then warn you that you will lose the formatting.. Good, because that's what you want to remove.
My mistake, I should have written it in a different manner.
Your site is NOT destroyed unless there are three things missing: settings.php, config.php and the database.
Replace all the files you have edited if need be, but do it one at a time. You could also re-download the edited files - - In Wordpad do the above, but you must save them as text ONLY and keep the original file names.
And it's global.php NOT Global.php..
What do you mean by "- -"?
And my site is completely white now, and the bottom half of the page is chopped off. The header is there, but thats it...

You've lost the .css path. Either you've removed it, or corrupted the path string while you have been making changes.
It appears you've made a mess of what you are trying to do. I suggest that you replace all of the files you have edited with the original ones from the Upload of MyBB.
What you should then do, is to install another MyBB forum as a test forum and do all of your changes there until you get them right. Then make the changes to your main forum.
You have sprites in your theme also, and they can cause unpredictable results in the theme. As in the pic..
I also had more content below that shoutbox, so some of the stuff dissapeared, as well.

I did say that I had seen your original problem a 100 times. You can now make that 102 times when I took a short cut to editing two language files at the server; and to both of them were added high-ascii characters that creates the original problem.
You have changed and edited files and by now it would be difficult to gauge what state they are in. There could also be more than one problem with the files that makes it extremely difficult to put the whole thing back together.
You will need to overwrite the files you have opened and edited at the server. You can replace all of the core files if need be.
But DON'T overwrite /inc/config.php or /inc/settings.php because then you WILL lose your forum.
And another reason why some of the display disappears is because sprites are very effective in destroying the layout. If you don't know how to fix the theme.xml, then .zip me a copy and I'll clean it out for you.
Then you will know where the problems are being generated from.
You could also try setting your theme to the MyBB Default and see what that look like.. Anything that will help to pinpoint where it has all gone wrong.
What is this "header2" and where is the original header anchor ??
And I'm begining to see why you are having so many problems.. Forget the .zip. Start a "test" forum and install and change one thing at a time until you break it.
