Hi Good day MyBB staffs
I have a problem in our Forum site until now its broken and not being fixed because my friend, the main Admin/Developer is too much busy and he has a family problem. Im already post this problem here in this MyBB forum.

Until now we are loosing active members and the guest is cant register because of the problem of our forum site. (i dissable the registration for meantime because it appears to them that they are spammer). I so sad of this problem because i cant fix it. I hope someone can help me to fix our problem and i dont have a full backup of our forum site, maybe because of the issue thats why i cant full backup of Data of our forum site.
I dont have a web host panel access, only the Admin Control Panel and Database access via FTP.
I can give an access to our Forum site ACP and Database to any MyBB Staffs.
