^ you can ignore that - navigate to jscripts folder through file manager / ftp client.
does it have a .htaccess file ? if so, rename it as htaccess.txt

if above doesn't help, you may PM me temporary access to your files (FTP) to check

There is no .htaccess file in jscripts directory, I'll PM you now I guess x)
