I Used Flatty Theme...
And when trying to use the new Flatty Theme, keep like that. I don't know where the mistake.

Copy collapse.png from /images/ and place it in /images/flatty/

Your theme is missing collapse.png and probably collapse_collapsed.png as well.
Copy both from the images/ folder and paste them.
It might be possible you have not copied the images from the theme images folder as well.
