IcyBoards to setup a forum (for free using MyBB).

this one will let you install MyBB quickly using Softaculous or as previously stated you can use IcyBoards instead but it doesn't give you as much control of course.
Can you clearly describe what you exactly needs if you have a domain and hosting, you can easily install MyBB from their auto installer. Or you can get a free domain from freenom.com and for hosting use freeho.st, heliohost.net host-ed.net, and there are many hosting providers.
