I installed Miuna Shoutbox (8.0.0)    It appered over the page but its not working.
I am unable to send any mssgs. And I am using flatty theme 



It keep me showing the Loading bar all the times 





And also a broken image just after the Active users

This solution will almost complete my forum

exactly which shoutbox you are using ? check again (& again) whether it is configured correctly.

Its Miuna Shoutbox (8.0.0) 

Can you share your forum url please ?

Currently I am working on with localhost and merging the forum.
