Hello 
I have been trying to merge the IPB with myBB 
I had been trying to merge in localhost it shows me following error. Tell me how to procedure.

Warning: require_once(C:\xampp\htdocs/inc/config.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\merge\index.php on line 55

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'C:\xampp\htdocs/inc/config.php' (include_path='.;C:\xampp\php\PEAR') in C:\xampp\htdocs\merge\index.php on line 55

where do you have MyBB forum files ?
for the XAMPP server installation, MyBB forum url should be with reference to localhost
i.e. path like C:\xampp\htdocs can not be used as the forum url

Simple, just upload them to your server and do it all on the web. Or if not make sure your forum url is correct, if you cannot access acp to edit the url visit .\inc\settings.php and find forum url and edit.
