For me it only shows 2. Not 3.

Make sure you've got the latest patch (I've just updated to add numbers to the names).

This is what i've got, even after downloading lastest patch and deleting old one and uploading this one. I've clicked apply and it says file modified successfuly but wont show tick for it..

The file I uploaded has a patch for inc/datahandlers/login.php that you don't seem to be getting...

Try opening up the file with a text editor and on line 5 change: <key>inc\datahandlers\login.php</key> to: <key>inc/datahandlers/login.php</key>

I think because I've got my local install running on Windows it's automatically changed the slash to a backslash.
