Page moved!!
Is this only a function for administratoren or also for moderators.
I only get this message because I am admin. Moderators does not get it.

Can you be a bit more descriptive? What's "Page moved"?

When I think a topic is on o wrong place I can move it to the right place.
I get the line page moved on the place where is was.

Do you mean you get a redirect show up which says something like "Moved: [Thread Name]"?

If so, that is normal unless you select "Move thread" when moving the thread, instead of "Move thread and leave redirect in the existing forum".
