i need to ask for every plugins doesnt work / error

1.OUGC Awards
MyBB version : 1.8.7
Problem : it should ougc award setting show in ACP - User & Group - OUGC Award but in my ACP i cant find ougc award in my user & group setting i also installed Plugins Library 12

2.Prostats
MyBB version : 1.8.7
Problem : Fatal error: Interface 'DB_Base' not found in /home/gudangin/public_html/forum/inc/db_mysqli.php on line 12
My Hosting statistic : Apache Version : 2.2.31
PHP Version : 5.5.33
MySQL Version : 5.5.44-MariaDB-cll-lve

3.Show the users that has been online today
MyBB version : 1.8.7
MyBB Theme : Flatty
Problem : install & active already but i cant even see that statistic on my forum

1] regarding OUGC Awards plugin
admin panel >> users & groups >> admin permissions >> [click on your user name]
>> users & groups (tab) --> can manage ougc awards ? --> select yes & save settings

if above doesn't work then
admin panel >> users & groups >> admin permissions >> Group Permissions (tab)
>> [click on your user group] >> users & groups (tab) --> can manage ougc awards ? --> select yes & save settings

2] & 3] needs to be checked.
