I've been told to avoid being sql injected, I must only install verified plugins from mybb, how do I know if it's verified? Thank you.

use the plugins from reliable sources such as MyBB Extend Section, mybb-plugins.com, mybbaddons.com ..

use the plugin only if it is required for the functionality of your forum.
visit the plugins forums regularly to know about the bugs, issues & fixes related to the plugins.
