Ok well I was going to go download another MyBB (cause I love you guys) and cause I have a clan for RBV and in the zip file it didn't have the index.php. Where did it go?

There might have been something wrong with that download, can you try re-downloading the zip file from the main site and see if it's there?

Did you download MyBB at the following page:
http://www.mybboard.net/downloads.php

I checked and the index.php is there.
