Is there an option to have guests on the forum view the forum itself and the thread list of the forum, but not view the actual threads themselves? Basically, they can click on the forum and see the thread list, but when they click on a thread to view it.. the registration page pops up.

I tried playing with the permissions, but the only permission I see is to view threads themselves or not view the forum at all. 

Would this work?
Users and Groups >> Groups >> Guests >> Forums and Posts >> Can View Threads

unchecking the above said option will remove the thread listing as well.. it needs a plugin probably..

This removes the thread listing as well. I want the thread listing, but not to have the ability to view the threads themselves.

Anyone have any idea to help?
