Hi

Some of my forum users reported that, they are unable to logout from my forum. When they click on logout button, you have successfully logged out message is coming but still the header contains 'welcome back, xxx' and they are able to make post or reply to threads. But I could not replicate the same in my browsers. What can be the problem?

have they tried clearing the cookies after logout, sounds like a cookie problem..

Manually deleting the cookies is working. But what I feel is that, logout itself should delete the cookies.

cookies are stored on the users pc and are only deleted when the user does so..

We can delete cookies using Programmes and I believe MyBB also deletes the cookie when the user logs out.
