i recently redid my forum its on the same board as it was before just redid everything and i cannot seem to get the plugin

Online Users in the Past 24 hours to work again,  i got it to work before with a thread on this site but i cannot find that thread anymore

i already change the Capability to 18*

but in the thread i seen before said i need to edit a line in the code and i cannot find that thread anywhere

can anyone help me?
