A vendor on my forum is receiving the following error message when he's trying to resend a PM to a group of users on my forum because his previous PM contained a bad URL:

how can I adjust this? I have his user group set to a 10 second PM flood, but I don't see any settings in the admin cp to adjust how often a PM can be sent to the same user.
