i will sett 2 groups, they have all of moderator's permissions, except cannot posting when thread closed, is it possible?
so if they want to posting into thread closed, they must open that thread.

I think 911 went to the area he needed to edit like this ibrahim10o:
Admin>>> then in the to menu in administration go to>>Users and groups located at the top black bar.
When in User and groups look on the left side menu and click / tic Groups.
In 911's case he wanted to edit his moderators so I will just say click/tic what ever group you want to edit.
When you click/tic the group you wish to edit , tabbed pages with various configurations show for that group.
It is the second tab, forums and posts, that 911 was referring to.
