So many people register on my forum but they're not receiving avtivation mail it's  a bad thing,
I need someone's help to fix this problem

I need you to verify if PHP Mail is actually working that's why I posted a link to a php script which you can test.

Go to where the file is located and see if you get an email when you execute that PHP script.
