Hello. Some members of my board are experiencing problems getting activated on my forum because some of the activation e-mails are getting sent to their spam folders. How do I fix this or check up on this?

check your mail settings from Configuration page and find the mail method, by default it is set to php mail you can use SMTP with any free email provider like mail chimp and TargetHero to check if your domain/ServerIP is in blacklist.
By default mybb will use phpmail() function. You should get good dedicated ip host or use smtp
