When I receive email notifications from MyBB forum, Thunderbirds detects a scam & fraudulent message. And indeed, the url inside the email does not directly link to http://community.mybb.com/ but to sendgrid.net (???)

It's the same for all the link inside the email. It does not come from my PC (antivurs & spyware clean), so there is perhaps an issue with your server.
