Basically, I uploaded a lot of plugins, and now I'm not sure what's wrong... but it's like this:

Also, now I cant check if there is any plugins update anymore!
Disable all plugin's via ACP > Configuration > General Configuration > Disable All Plugins
It seems you got broken plugin , other work around to find broken plug would be renaming each plugin from inc/plugins folder
Check your error log. No plugins are displayed because one of them throws an error.

^ can you give list of plugin files you have in the plugins folder & the php version you are using

YES, why not! sure... It's just a troubleshooting procedure i prefer . You can check error log's in cpanel
