I am really bad at web design, so I would like to use the basic forum things with a theme i found(not the default) and make a site around it. i would leave in the header and footer, and instead of the middle, have a site that fit in with this theme.

i want to know about the copyright. it says that we're not allowed to change it at all. Am i allowed to change it to say "Forum powered by" for MyBB? Also, does this only have to show my the forum, or also the rest of the site?

You can't touch the current copyright...but you can certainly add to it.
