Let's put this another way:
Why should I PM you for a link to your site, wait 12 hours for you to reply - by which time I'll be in bed, then have you wait another 7 hours - by which time you'll be in bed, for you to get a response from me? You're dragging this out so much more than you have to.

If I were you, I'd save your money as with your current activity you could probably do everything yourself. Once you grow, you can pick volunteer helpers from within the community. Your active users will be the most passionate / most dedicated and would have a reputation among your visitors. These are the best choices for staff positions.
