In the profile "edit options" area, there is this field where one can set their timezone.

The odd thing is - and this is a new forum with very few settings changed and only two users - that the time examples the field gives, such as "GMT -7:00 (04:50PM)" is always behind an hour.

It doesn't matter which timezone is picked, what DST setting is on or off either in the AdminCP or not - that time is always behind an hour... but not anywhere else on the site link on posts or on the who's online... it's literally just that list, and it's quite confusing?

How may I fix this or replace the time examples with location names instead?

Since it appears that the field doesn't apply the DST correction... is there any way I can swap the real times for city named instead? I searched the language files and found that there is a bunch of named cities attached to timezones but how do I move this over to the dropdown box on registration and on edit profile/options?
