Something different in appearance, use CSS tricks etc. Basically, it should be compatible with the game: Counter-Strike 1.6.

You should give more details of what you want. Like what background image/color, what colors stuff along those lines.

What changes are you after on the MyBBPro theme?
meetdilip did a rough mock up of a theme for you. What are your thoughts on that one?
If you want you can try with Focus theme, it can basically serve your purpose.
