Are there anyone can show me how can I add or remove new tools from this

You will have to deal with these:
* The editor.js ----> jscripts/editor.js
* /images/codebuttons (create a code button (icon) there for the "flash" code if you wish)
* /inc/languages/english/global.lang.php

(Have you tried "Custom MyCode" in the Admin CP?)
