There should be textbox where we could add a sub/domain to enable CDN (origin pull). This should load all static file from that sub/domain.

Even a sub domain, without CDN, will improve a few pagespeed metrics for sure.

It will be very easy for users to configure MyBB compared to modify templates.

This is already implemented in 1.8 Wink Check ACP > Configurations > Server & Optimisation Settings.
