I follow the Guide http://community.mybb.com/thread-163110.html but the size of the header is too big

How to reduce the size it?

I using default theme

for little adjustment, you can change margin-bottom property of element #logo img in the global.css (may be -25px)

or above can be set to -60px , element #topmenu can be set with top: -60px; left: 180px;

sorry, there is a mistake in previous reply. element #topmenu can be moved to top if required (not #topbar)
