I believe this might be a bug in 1.8.7...

the 'search users' button is broken when you go to admin cp> users & groups> banning> banned account

this is how the button appears to me on 2 separate 1.8.7 forums I have, 1 in full production and one that's a test board with 2-3 plugins installed:

~/inc/languages/english/admin/user_banning.lang.php
at the end (in a new line) please add $l['search_user'] = 'Search User';
