Try re-uploading the file and make sure your FTP program is set to AUTO instead of only Binary or only ASCII when re-uploading.

I reupload all file agian but it won't work??

Reupload the admin/index.php - it's possible the link could have been changed

Did you check the method used to upload the files (i.e. ASCII or Binary)? This is an option you should be able to set from within your FTP's settings panel (possibly under settings or preferences).
