^ This is what is missing. I've tried disabling some plugins and enabling them and that's not worked. I'm on default theme. ANy fix suggestions?

is the editor tool bar working fine on the new reply & the new thread forms ?
Yep it is. Just when editing in full mode it seems to do this
Also when attaching an attachment to the thread, the code will not appear in the box when clicking "add"(using ajax Ajax Upload Multiple Attachments Plugin" so i have to manually put in the code
post forum url & a test user account so that someone can check it
