When in user group options, i can't find any setting that will stop users deleting their own attachments.  Currently they can upload an attachment and delete it at any time they want. I would like to disable this function.

I want them to have the ability to upload own attachments & view all attachments, but to not be able to delete any.

Uncheck "can update own attachments"

is it possible to block/remove usercp.php?action=attachments and also block the link it leads to?
