It seems when ever i make a change to code or add a code to most of the themes i have tried this seems to happen. the theme i am trying to use at the moment is JAMPS - GamerZone White Green Templates  but with any of the JAMPS themes i have tried to use i get the same outcome which is my site looking like this: https://gyazo.com/196915163fca4c04d76db809bfd242ea The full link to my site is http://icamtgaming.pcriot.com/

your sit dosnt have any css stylesheet
better, it haves but they are empty the global.css and css

bad install of theme maybe

make sure that when install the theme you have both check boxes selected:
Import Stylesheets
Import Templates

looks like you solved the issue
also you need to upload the theme images folder
