I verified my files. But it shows that "inc/functions.php" is changed.

if you are using Google SEO plugin then it edits functions.php file. some other plugins also edit it.

or if you are using MyBB 1.8.7 then it might be a false report !

If you feel skeptic about changes, then replace it with stock "functions.php" https://github.com/mybb/mybb/blob/featur...ctions.php
