Two questions, and bare over me, I am new to Mybb. just got my forum converted from phpfusion.
I am using this plugin:

1. How do I get "Recent Threads" to the top of the page?
2. How do I change the languauge? can't find it under language in admin panel.

Thanks! I have succes with point 1.
Regarding point 2 I might have asked my question the wrong way, sorry about that. I am already using a language pack for my forum and it is OK, but all the text in the "Recent Threads" plugin are not the right language, and there don't seems to be a .lang file for the plugin. The plugin consist of one PHP file, and I have tried to edit that and change the language direct in the file, but it do not apparently not affect anything?

Great! Yes it was the head titles that I want to change, and I have done that now.
