Plugins is easy to install, but how to remove them the right way

I have tested some plugins, and now my site is as perfect.
But how do I uninstall the plugins that I don't want?

I want to uninstall all the plugins shown here:

basically deactivated & uninstalled plugins files can be removed from the plugins folder.

a plugin might consist of many files spread across different folders. if you have original
set of the plugin files in your computer then you can remove all its files by checking that.

however, PluginLibrary might be required by other plugins. so you can keep its files.
