Hi,

i want change php version from 5.5 to 5.6 because some modules disabled in version 5.5 in new verion i going to activate required modules is that cause any issues on live website ? please guide me.

there should be no problems by changing php version to 5.6

Yes, as .M. suggested.
But in rare cases some plugins make break to work with newer version of php
