if you are using mobile theme as the desktop theme then it might not have report & reputation features.
exactly which theme you are using (give its link)
The theme you are using is a modified version of the theme MyBB GoMobile is using. However it works fine on the default theme.

Please if there is a way you guys can help me, i have really stay up for a 2weeks plus now reading on this community adding different stuffs that i need to the theme since i downloaded it. if there is any where i could edit to make it work please help me.

I see, it just an edit of the mybb gomobile theme. It's just a bit outdated, I think that fork was meant for 1.6 or something. Try using this http://community.mybb.com/thread-166664.html
