Contact your host about it, if that doesn't fix it move hosts or use an external mail service like Mandrill or Mailgun.

Try disabling this option "Add message ID in mail headers" Admin CP > Configuration > Settings > Mail Settings

If the Above method ^ Doesn't work it's better to contact your host.
and whats your board url? if it's registered with free subdomain provided by the host a problem can happen,i assume that you're using webmail,so if your domain is like this yourname.freehosting.com google will consider it as a spam.
