simple method: you can change related language phrase to something else (eg. viewing index)
~/inc/languages/[your language]/online.lang.php

$l['changing_dst'] = "__________________";

but says the main forum page when viewing Zealand says the same everywhere DST DST

And I am unable to understand the problem. can you tell us what exactly you want to change ..
