What plugins you wanna create and what is the price you got on mind that plugins cost.
I actually developing some few plugins for some user and he have great ideas and all so clear, so i am working on that, he sends me a videos of what he want to add it, then i evaluate and if i can i try to do it what he want, some ideas are not factible, but i let he know what can do and propose some things.
But i think if you express your ideas maybe this already exist.
I tell you due this user gets at least 10 or more plugins and only 2 have to been created.
But if you want someone do it at least should know the principal ideas.
